Lori still does all the baking and delivering (well you might meet her family on the road), so be mindful that to receive what you want, when you want it, some notice must be given. Orders of 10 cakes or more should allow 3 days notice.

BLUEBERRY AND ALMOND SLICE
Think frangipani tart, adapted into slice format. Encouraged by her first wholesale client, Lori pieced together a few different recipes and created a soft centered, not too sweet all together delicious blueberry and almond slice.

CHOCOLATE BROWNIES WITH PECANS
I suppose you could call this the signature slice. It’s the original, the same recipe Lori has been making for over 30 years. Rich with cocoa powder and butter along with dark chocolate chips and pecan nuts. Never dry or spongy. A popular choice.

CARAMEL WALNUT SLICE
Not your average caramel slice. This recipe is full of walnuts, coconut and brown sugar goodness.

CARROT CAKE (ICED)
Freshly grated carrot, sultanas and a cream cheese icing. This moist carrot cake is a winner. Carrot cake lover or not, it is enjoyed all around.

CHOCOLATE CHIP OAT SLICE
There’s a secret ingredient in this slice. Alright fine. It’s cream cheese. Adding a creaminess without being too sweet, this slice is a crowd pleaser.

HONEY PECAN
Inspired by a good old American Pecan Pie, this recipe uses honey to make it sticky and sweet.

PEAR, ALMOND AND CHOCOLATE SLICE
Get back to the frangipani idea, add pear and dark chocolate and get ready to eat.

PECAN AND DATE SLICE
We’ll be honest. Old people love this slice. It’s not just old people that love it though (Lori’s daughter is testament to this) but generally it’s a hit for the over 60’s (Lori’s husband is testament to this!).

RASPBERRY AND LEMON SLICE
When Lori was a teenager, her sister received a Charlie Brown cookbook. From that book is where the inspiration for this slice came. You could say it’s vintage. Made fresh obviously. You know which cookbook Lori received as a teenager? The Barbie cookbook. Be thankful it was never the inspiration for a slice (although she still has the book!).
